Your free trial

Every new AED Log account starts with a 45-day free trial — no credit card needed. A banner at the top of every page shows how many days are left.

What’s included#

• Every feature, with no limit on AEDs, locations, or users.
• Every equipment type — fire extinguishers, eyewash stations, first aid and more. They’re marked Included in your trial when you add equipment.
• Reminder emails before the trial ends: 14 days, 7 days, and the day before.

What isn’t#

Medical direction. It’s available on the Billing page once you subscribe to a plan.

Choosing a plan#

1. Account owners and administrators choose a plan on the Billing page — the Choose a plan button in the banner goes straight there.
2. Subscribing ends the trial and starts billing that day.
3. Add-on equipment you used during the trial is listed on the Billing page under Add-ons from your free trial. Add each one to your plan to keep tracking it — until then it stays saved but read-only.

When the trial ends#

If the trial ends before you choose a plan, your account pauses: pages show a “Your free trial has ended” message, and reminders, alerts, and digests stop. Nothing is charged and nothing is deleted — choose a plan and everything comes back right away.
