Price AED plans per AED or in tiers by fleet size, monthly, annual or both, in US dollars, Canadian dollars or Mexican pesos.
Set prices for medical direction and for each equipment type too, per license or unlimited, or show contact for pricing. Prices sync to your Stripe account automatically, and customer-specific price locks keep existing customers on their rate.
Minimum advertised price floors
AED Log sets a minimum advertised price for AED plans, and you price at or above it; the console shows the floor as you set each price.
Above the floor, pricing is yours. When you change prices later, lock existing customers' rates so only new customers see the new price.
A catalog of 27 AED models and 78 parts
The built-in catalog covers 27 AED models from eight brands, with 78 compatible pads, batteries and Pad-Paks, so customers pick the right parts and their expiration dates fill themselves in.
The brands are ZOLL, Philips, HeartSine, Physio-Control, Cardiac Science, Defibtech, Avive and Welch Allyn. Each model carries manufacturer resources such as user guides and support contacts, and any other AED can still be added by name.
Because every part comes from the catalog, the Expiration Forecast report across all your customers lists which pads and batteries come due each month.
Rental and loaner AED pools
Keep a pool of your own AEDs and assign them to customers as rentals or loaners, with each unit's inspection history following it.
Statuses for in stock, assigned, out of service, warranty claim and retired
Assign a unit to a customer's location, with an optional responsible person
Recall or reassign it, with the full history kept
The customer inspects it and tracks its pads, while you can inspect it and report incidents too
Order Accessories links to your web store
Add your web store's link for each AED model, and customers get an Order Accessories button on their AED pages that opens the right product.
Turn links on or off model by model, so the pads and batteries your customers' dashboards say are due get reordered from you.
