Your own domain with automatic SSL
Add one CNAME record and your portal runs on your own hostname, such as portal.yourcompany.com, with its SSL certificate issued and renewed automatically.
Your console checks the record, issues the certificate and shows the domain's status. Until your domain is ready, customers can already sign in at the default portal address you start with.
Branded emails you can edit
Rewrite any of about 23 customer emails, from the welcome email to alerts, digests and invoices, with merge tags and a live branded preview.
Send yourself a test before you save, and restore the default at any time. Templates are cleaned when saved, so they can't run code.
Announcements to your customers
Post a banner on your customers' dashboards, for all of them or only some, with an optional email.
Choose info, warning or urgent, schedule when the banner starts and ends, and send the email to every user or only to account admins.
Store links for pads and batteries
Add your web store's link for each AED model, and your customers see an Order Accessories button on their AEDs that goes straight to the right page.
