Running and downloading reports

Reports turns your records into shareable evidence — equipment rosters, inspection history, certification status, and more. Which reports you see depends on your role.

Running one#

1. Pick the report — its own filters appear: locations, date ranges, horizons, or text.
2. Narrow to what you need. Filters narrow within your access — they never widen it, so you cannot accidentally report on locations you cannot see.
3. Download as CSV (for spreadsheets) or a branded PDF (for auditors, leadership, or your medical director).

Good to know#

• Every download is recorded in the activity log — evidence generation is itself evidenced.
• PDFs carry the portal branding, so what you hand an auditor looks like it came from your program, because it did.
• For recurring needs (a monthly readiness report), run the same report with the same filters — consistency reads well in audits.
