The Activity Log records every meaningful change in your account — who did it, what changed, when, and from where. It is your answer to "who moved that AED?" and your evidence for auditors.

Finding things#

  • Filter by date range, person, action, or location.
  • Search by device name or serial to pull one unit's entire paper trail.
  • Open any entry for the detail: actor and email, timestamp, IP and device, and the specific values that changed.

Properties worth knowing#

  • Entries are immutable — nothing can be edited or deleted, by anyone. That is what makes it an audit trail.
  • Patient-sensitive details are redacted for viewers without patient-info access.
  • If a support session acted on your account via impersonation, the entry says so.
