Your dashboard at a glance

How to read the compliance snapshot, action center, and upcoming lookahead.

  2. How to use it

The dashboard is your compliance command center. Everything on it is scoped to the locations you have access to, so two people can see very different dashboards of the same account.

The four panels#

  • Health indicators — equipment counts by status and how much of your fleet is ready right now.
  • Needs attention — a prioritized queue of the things that are actually wrong: expired or expiring pads and batteries, overdue or failed inspections, and open alerts. Every row links straight to the record where you fix it.
  • Upcoming — the near-future lookahead: inspections coming due and expirations approaching, so you can plan instead of react.
  • Recent activity — the latest changes across your account, pulled from the activity log.

How to use it#

  1. Start at Needs attention and work it to zero — that list is your compliance gap.
  2. Scan Upcoming once a week and order supplies before things expire.
  3. Use Recent activity to stay aware of what teammates changed.

Tip: An empty needs-attention panel is the goal state. If something seems to be missing from it, check your location access — you only ever see the locations you are scoped to.
