The compliance calendar and iCal feeds

The Calendar puts every dated obligation you can see on one month grid: inspection due dates, pad and battery expirations, certification and document expirations, and equipment date fields like hydrostatic tests and registrations.

Reading it#

• Events are color-coded by type and filterable when the month gets busy.
• Every event links to its record — click through and fix, renew, or inspect.
• Available to every user, Read Only included, always scoped to their location access.

Subscribing from your own calendar app#

1. Choose Subscribe to reveal your personal iCal feed URL — all events, or a per-type feed.
2. Add the URL to Outlook, Google Calendar, or Apple Calendar as a subscribed calendar.
3. Deadlines now appear alongside your meetings and update automatically.

Note: The feed URL is a private key to your compliance dates — treat it like a password. Regenerate it any time to invalidate the old URL (after a laptop loss, for example).
