AED Log's AED software pricing is a flat rate per tier: one price covers every AED in your tier, from $114 a year for one AED, with unlimited users and locations. Medical direction and other equipment types are add-ons, priced per unit per year on top of the tier.

Optional add-ons
Add-ons are optional and priced per unit per year, on top of your tier price: medical direction at $65 per AED, and other equipment types from $6 to $10 per unit.
Medical direction comes first because some states require physician oversight for an AED program. Each add-on is its own annual subscription, an AED plan is required, and one license covers one active unit. Billing and renewals follow our terms of service.

How AED Log pricing compares to per-device software
On a tier, every AED in the tier is covered by one flat price, so the cost per AED falls as you add units; per-device pricing charges the same amount for every AED.
For example, 10 AEDs cost $660 a year on AED Log's 6 – 10 AEDs tier. A per-device plan at $109 per AED per year would cost $1,090 for the same 10 AEDs, $430 more.
The per-device rate is an example; check any vendor's current price and what it includes.
Reseller pricing
Resellers set their own prices for their customers, per AED or in tiers, and bill through their own Stripe account.
If you buy AED Log through an AED provider, your price comes from them. If you're a distributor or a service company, the reseller program lets you sell AED program management under your own brand.
AED Log pricing FAQ
What counts as an AED for pricing?
Each active AED uses one license in your tier. Other equipment types, such as fire extinguishers, are add-ons priced per unit per year, and medical direction is priced per AED per year.
What happens if I add an AED past my tier?
Add licenses from the billing page and you move up a tier, paying only the prorated difference for the rest of your term. Lowering your count takes effect at renewal.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. Every tier can be paid monthly or annually. The monthly price is the annual price divided by 12, for example $9.50 a month for one AED.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account starts with a 45-day free trial, with no credit card. It includes every feature and equipment type; medical direction can be added once you choose a plan. After that, plans start at $114 a year for one AED ($9.50 a month).
Do add-ons renew with my plan?
Add-ons are their own annual subscriptions, so each renews a year after you buy it, against your saved payment method. Buying medical direction for all your AEDs at once keeps them on one renewal date.
Do you charge sales tax?
Where sales tax applies, it is shown on your quote before you pay and on your invoice. If your organization is tax-exempt, contact us before you buy.
